You are bidding on a used Welch Allyn 13010 Pocket Ophthalmoscope with AA Handle 728. It uses two AA batteries. It is in good working order, but I have found that I use it minimally. There are no scratches on it.POLICIES:Payment is expected within 7 (seven) calender days of the end of the auction. If payment is not received or other arrangements are not made within those 7 (seven) days, a claim will be filed against you as a nonpaying bidder. This is the only route a seller has to recoup the listing fee and final value fee that would otherwise be lost secondary to a nonpaying bidder. I accept PayPal only, as per big brother.
