Here we have my WEM Desk Top Hobby Center Grinding/Sharpening Wheel w/ Flexible Shaft Hand Tool Still going strong after all these years. I have no need of it now. It has a grinding wheel on one side, and on the other is where you can plug the rotary tool ( Like a dremmel ) It takes the same Tools as a Dremmel or similar tool. On the top under the plastic cover is a tray where all the tools are set out for easy access. I have not used it for a good couple of years now so I suggest a good lubricating when you get it. Once the weight of a package goes above 4lbs I have no other option but to send it priority. I normally will offer both services for items under 4lbs. But if your item is expensive , It is much better you pay priority shipping and receive an item quickly with insurance... than it go first class and take alot longer to get to you.
