These strobe packs are designed for Whelen 9M lightbars to fit without modification. I have several of these. All are very similar but may vary slightly cosmetically. All are bench tested and in working order. ALL include the harnesses. All items seen in the photos are included: Power Supply Matrix cable harness Strobe head harness (Qty. 3) Other items: I have many other Whelen Liberty, EDGE 9000, 9M, Unitrol TouchMaster parts available. Product features: Multiple Flash Patterns Additional information: The packs were removed from working Whelen 9M lightbars and are bench tested when placed in stock and again before shipping. Cables come as pictured to power the power supply. These make great stand alone power supplies as well. Be sure to mount them in a protected area. Even though they are encased, exposure to the elements can damage the pack. If you choose to use these in older bars or as standalone strobe packs, here is the wiring information you will need to know: Red Wire - 12V+ "Ready Wire" This applies power to the pack and should be fused at 15A Black Wire - Ground Green Wire - Controls Strobes Blue Wire - Controls Strobes White Wire - Pattern Wire Brown Wire - Pattern Wire Violet - Low Power
