WILLIAMS AND DAVIS 40 HP STEAM BOILER RECONDITIONED Model - 780 National Board - 8017 HP - 40 hp Design- Scotch Marine 2 pass Year - 1999 Type - Steam Pressure - 150 PSI Fuel - Natural gas Output - 1380 lbs/hr Input - 1,680,000 btu natural gas Jacket - Steel, excellent condition Condition - Very good condition, new tubes and new blower motor installed in 2007. Boiler is going through our shop now. Boiler will be hydrotested, cleaned inside and out, including new hand hole gaskets, new sight glass and valves, new insulation front and rear, new rope gaskets front and rear, tubesheets cleaned, tubes replaced, Honeywell bench tested by IEC Controls, Inc., all electrics and blower motor tested, R/R as needed, new high temp paint on hot surfaces, new paint on skid and jacket. Pictures are of our last 50 hp Williams and Davis boiler we finished this year. The one in the shop now will be similar to one in the pictures. Allow 3 weeks to finish the work. Feedwater tank and pump available for an additional $3500, blowdown separator available for an additional $1150. Location - Haltom City, TX Payment - Wire transfer, cashiers check, company check, cash before shipment. Can crate for common carrier shipment for $150.
