“It comes to you in overall good condition. The only mentionable is that it has some light surface scuffs and rust in places. Also it does not want to "lock-in" straight up and down (it locks in either just off-center to the right or left). This may be caused by some dirt or metal chip stuck in the "V" groove not allowing it to lock-in at true vertical. But it locks just fine in any other notch.”
