One "Mini" WindMaster V4 Rolling Curb Sign 24"x36" (Model # V4-4304) in excellent condition. Black in color. Also includes a pair of 24"x36" clear poster overlay sheets. (These are typically sold separately for $24.00); these are 24"x 36" clear acrylic protective sheets are 0.20" thick and add weather protection to your posters.) Together, they effectively display 24"x36" posters outdoors even in high wind or foul weather.  Well thought out design. This curb sign has an easy to use "snap open" frame so inserting or changing messaging is a breeze. Base can be filled with water or sand for stability when in place. Sign is connected to base via strong, flexible springs so it absorbs wind (kind of like how a skyscraper flexes). And it's still very easy to move around and bring inside/outside because with a slight tilt it's on wheels. The wheels are perpendicular to the frame so wind can't make it roll.
