There is some discoloration to the plastics. It looks rough as shown in the pictures. There are scuffs and scrapes. There are also a few chips in the plastic around the edge of the bag door. There are some cracks to the blue plastic cover on the bottom as evidenced from the picture of the back. There is a number written in black magic marker, etc... WORKING CONDITION – Vacuum has been fully tested and does work. Just please understand that it looks very bad cosmetically and would either be good for parts, or a project if you want to spend time cleaning this one up. Vacuum will be sold as is.
