Wood Display Case Lined, 16x12x3.5", Maple Finish, Latch Close, Jewelry, Medals Up for sale is a previously owned Wood Display Case with Maple Finish on Pine, Size 16"x12"x3.5 inches. Bottom of inside case is lined in red cloth. Latch and Hinges are goldtone. It has 4 felt pads on the bottom to protect surfaces. It is a perfect box for displaying jewelry, watches, keepsakes, photos, medals, antique handguns or anything else that has importance to you. It could also be used for retailing goods, but it does not have a lock. It probably can be mounted. It is a very pretty case, but not a perfect case. A repair was made to the front of the case. This is not something you can really see unless you turn it with the latch up. It required some minor "refinishing" and lid adjustment. The lid is still not perfectly flush, but is very close. The latch does close snug, but you might have to push down slightly on the top of the box to bring it into alignment. It is not a major issue. There is a name and year on the back corner of the box - I don't know if it is removable or not. Although I have mentioned several items, this box could have been purchased in a retail establishment with similar issues. Please see photos.
