The Wood Veneer Maple 48x48 1pcs total 10Mil Paper Backed "EXOTIC" NXT 49 is a high-quality product that we offer with a variety of sizes and backing options available in our inventory. This lot contains Xpcs in total, with the size of each piece listed in inches and the code after "EXOTIC" being our inventory reference. Most conventional finishing products can be used with veneers that are applied correctly, including staining or clear coating. It's important to acknowledge that wood products are rarely ever perfect and may contain minor splits or tears, though these typically don't impact overall product quality or satisfaction. Some sanding is usually required before finishing to prepare the surface for a finish and occasionally to remove veneer tape, splice glue, or other imperfections. When applying backed veneers that have a glue substance, simply heat up the glue in our press and apply it to one side of the veneer. The other side is paper, which allows you to apply your bonding agent of choice. For raw veneer or un-backed products, we suggest utilizing the Internet to find advice on the best way to handle the product. Our 10mil glue paper backed sheets are designed to be sanded and final inspected for a small fee, making them a great choice for your veneer needs. While we have made every effort to ensure that the color represented in the pictures is as accurate as possible, color adjustments may impact your perception of the product. Thickness varies for different products, with paper-backed veneers being 1/40”, wood-backed veneers being 1/25”, and raw plain veneers without backing being between 1/32” and 1/42”. Cutting can be done with a razor/box knife or similar tools and a straight edge, while application is achieved with contact cement or white/yellow wood glue and pressure applied while drying. All measurements are listed in inches, and shipping can be combined if you win multiple auctions. Finally, it's worth noting that some splits may exist at the end of raw veneer, but these can typically be taped or repaired with minimal impact.
