On Dec-20-14 at 13:07:47 PST, seller added the following information:The Agilent/HP 5382A Electronic Counter covers the wide frequency range of 10Hz to 225MHz and offer sensitivity of 25 mV rms (30Hz to 10MHz) and 50 mV rms (10Hz to 225MHz). The input impedance is 1 Mohm, <40 pF and input attenuation is selectable between x1, x10, and x100. Resolution is direct count: 1Hz in 1 sec and gate time is 0.1 sec, 1 sec and 10 sec. 8-digit LED display has good resolution and non significant zero blanking. Rear panel input sensitivity of 250 mV rms. Timebase frequency is 10MHz.Features Eight Digit 225MHz high performance counter. 10s timebase for high resolution measurements. Three step selectable timing resolution. Three step attenuator. Accepts external reference
