WR28 (Ka band) waveguide miniature termination (load) with 1.10:1 max VSWR (26 dB Return Loss) over 26.5-40.0 GHz frequency. AKA R band.  Copper/ brass construction with flat (cover) flange with Nickel plate finish.  short length dummy load with low VSWR rated for 2 watts RF/ Microwave power.  Load comes with swept data plot (SNA) of return loss.   New without manufacturers labels.
