 Up for auction here is an Oasis 3000 DUV inspection system.   Just to give you a brief background, I'm a former Wyko/Veeco applications engineer of 8 years. What's unique about my auction here is that this system comes complete with a LOT of spare parts.  All the loose parts you see in the pictures are the spare parts.  NOTHING has been pulled off this system, except the line scan camera which can easily be replaced. Here's what's included: -Oasis 3000 DUV system, stand with monitor and keyboard, and the computer rack...all intact and working -A spare and complete head, including all the optics, illuminator assembly, and NEW camera (totaling 3 DUV cameras and 3 illuminator assemblies) -Another NEW spare camera and another illuminator assembly (look a the 8th picture - it shows ALL the parts in one pic) -6 brand new DUV lamps (these are $1500 each from an online supplier) -A new spare 8X objective -A new NEAT Z stage with motor (several more available) -a second computer rack, including everything except the BX-UCB. If we make a deal on this system though, I will buy a BX-UCB complete with ANOTHER set of head optics and throw it into the mix!! ...I have a lot more miscellaneous, uncataloged parts, which I'll throw in as well.
