This Xyron Pro 1250 cold laminator has been fully tested and works well. I test laminated two items and they sealed well (see last photo).  It was purchased from an estate sale and appeared to have been unused for the past several years in storage (based upon that it was somewhat dusty).  It does have some minor cosmetic wear  and a few scratches on the unit. Cosmetically I would rate it 8/10 - see detailed photos of all sides of the unit.  The cartridge inside the unit appears to have around 1/3 - 1/2 remaining and the other one less than 1/3. These are estimates and I have no way of telling exactly how much is left. For purposes of this listing please assume that it comes with at least 1 1/3- 1 1/2 rolls of film and possibly more. This is a great chance to pick up a high quality 12" cold laminator and film at a great price. The Xyron 1255 (the newer model that seems very similar and, based on one review, isn't as good as the 1250 because it uses more plastic drive parts) sells for over $250 new and additional rolls of film are around $75.  This unit includes the film with the wax backing for use as stickers, glue on pieces etc. There is also a two sided clear laminate available. Refills for the 1255 will work for this unit as well. Please do your research and ask any questions prior to purchasing.
