This auction is for (1) Yale 7170 630 LHR exit device, for a 48 inch wide door. This is new in the original box it was shipped in. This is for a 48 inch door, not the standard 36 inch door, you may be able to cut it down to the size door you need. The box was sealed, but I opened it for more pictures. I will offer a refund if it does not work. This looks like it was shipped back in august of 2008, so it has been sitting around for a while now. The box is still in good shape and nothing inside appears to be scratched or broken. It has never been installed.
