 You are bidding on a used York E-Z Welder. yorkmachine.com This new generation bore welder provides a simple low cost Bore Welder that can be connected to your existing Wire Feeder. This unit was connected to a simple Millermatic 225. The EZ Welder not only features a quick swing away mounting system. This unit is self  contained 110 volt powered. No clumsy hand cranks or drills required.  The York unit  operates with a adjustable stepping mechanism for retracting out of the hole. This allows a adjustable weld overlay "step" unlike the competitors low cost fixed screw type.  You can adjust your weld bead overlap and weld a complete 360 degrees at the bottom of the hole, as well as at the top of the hole. This eliminates manual touch ups. This unit will weld holes from 1.5 to12 with .035 wire.  The unit is complete with all torches, mounting rod, extensions, consumables, hand tool kit, remote pendant, operation manual and shipping storage case.
