Zaktamark Pipe Tap-in Layout Tool

This tool is used to layout a tap-in to a trunk line. It will do tap-in pipe size from 2" to 10" diameter. It is wrapped around the tap-in as it is held in place close to the trunk line (or header). The pointers are then slid to just touch the trunk. The tap-in can be at any angle as the pointers point to the outline of the cut to be made in the trunk line. A line is drawn to connect the points where the pointers indicate. The Zaktamark is slid back the tap-in and, again, a line is made around the tap-in where the pointers point to mark the contour on the end of the tap-in piece. The Zaktamark is then removed and the desired method of cutting is used to cut on the line made on the trunk line and on the tap-in for a perfect fit for welding. I imagine this could be used on any shape needing to be joined at an angle in the same manner. You can read more about this tool on the label in the pictures. The label is coming off the plastic storage tube and is getting more difficult to read. The tool itself is in very good condition and works perfectly. I could not find anything on this on a Google search which surprised me. I did find a Zaktamark Manufacturing out of Vancouver, WA business listing from biznet as it shows on the item. But that was ALL I found. The MSRP of $69.95 can be seen in print in the last picture. This was a price from 15 to 20 years ago. I am starting this auction at about half that.
