For Sale is a Zoller Saturn 2 H520D2-00119 Tool Inspection System and Presetter, This is an absolutely beautiful machine that has been well taken care of and very gently used, This has been used 3 times in as many years since the addition of the new Zoller in this Aerospace manufacturing plant which means it is time to find it a new home. All manuals and software are included, as well as back up tapes from the previous owner. Everything pictured is included which is CAT 50, CAT 45, CAT 40 adapters, HSK 63, and HSK 40? but this one has never been used so unsure. The turret on this machine turns very smooth and what the 4 turning tool posts are used on is unclear, they are marked clearly in the photohgraphs and each one has the reference block with calibration balls intact. This was calibrated by the now Service Manager at Zoller 3 years ago, but has not been used enough to warrent a calibration since then, and software was upgraded as far as possible at that time, including Standard Tooling package.
