You are looking at a classic hig If You are looking for a good, very wideband signal & sweep  generator and you are on a budget, check this classic workhorse from HP, an 83592C 10MHz to 20GHz plugin installed in an 8350B mainframe. You can externally modulate it with AM, FM and PM and it will work on a single frequency like a signal generator or in sweep mode along with most classic network analyzers made by AGILENT / HP or others.  It is very well built, fully functional and will last forever if cared for properly.
