0D3 = VR150 --- SG4S Voltage Regulators. Lot of 40D3 VR150 are cold cathode, glow-discharge tubes. They are intended for use as voltage regulators in applications where it is necessary to maintain a constant DC output voltage across a load, independent of load current and moderate line-voltage variations. Like other glow-discharge tubes they may also be used as relaxation oscillators, and for spark-over protection. The operating voltage for the 0D3 tube is 150 Volts with minimum Anode supply voltage 185 Volts. Russian designator for the 0A3 tube is SG4S. The tubes were received from industry surplus sources in Russia and are in New Old Stock condition.I will combine multiple items for shipping. Please request the total after you are through bidding, I'll then issue you the invoice for payment. You will be asked to pay actual shipping. Tracking is optional and runs $3 per package. There will be individual tracking numbers issued for multiple packages if I have to split large order into 2000 gram segments.
