Description of what we offer in this listing. This is a custom printed product. When you order this product we will produce and print 1,000 copies of a single sided document and deliver it to you. In order to be able to print, you will supply a printing file in the size of 81/2"x11" that does not have bleed (meaning that there should be a white border around the sheet of paper) Your color copies will be printed on 20# copy paper at our facility in Fort Lauderdale, FL and the package will be identified as being manufactured by ColorCopiesUSA. We will ship from that Fort Lauderdale location. Based on your location and other factors we will decide on the most convenient shipping method. In any case you will be provided with tracking information. How will I (the buyer) provide you (the seller) with the artwork that you will use to print my order? As soon as you have confirmed your order we will contact you and explain the most convenient way for you to send your file. Our uploading system can handle files that are extremely big. It will be easy for you to upload even large files that you wouldn't normally be able to send by email. File Formats Accepted: Your files should be produced as high quality image documents. We recommend 300 dpi as the optimal resolution. High resolution JPGs, TIFFs and PDF's with the fonts embedded are preferred. Our suggestion is that you limit the use of creative software to traditional office products. Some of the entry-level design products do not produce files that are suitable for high quality printing (although they might do a good job for web). Digital Proof: We will email a digital low resolution proof for your approval. If we notice any problems with your document we will let you know. It is your responsibility to read your document in detail and make sure that the images provided look good, and that they do not pixelate when you zoom into the document. Even when we might occasionally find typos or other problems in your document (and in that case we'll let you know of those) we do not take the responsibility of checking the file at that level. It is your sole responsibility to make sure that the content in the document provided is accurate, represents the latest version, etc. Color Accuracy: Your job will be printed using the highest quality presses and digital printers. The colors on the printed piece won't match those that you see on your computer screen of the screen of your phone. The colors of the printed piece won't match the colors produced on your office or home desktop printer and most likely won't match the colors that you might have seen out of previous runs of the same document. The reason for these non-color-matching reasons is that different devices handle color differently, and the way in which the file is prepared for the printing job can change results.
