The full markings on the side of most of the flanges are: AFCO 1 1/2 900 A182 F304-HF484 Frankly, we cannot tell if this item has been used or not. In general, it is very clean, however, it does have some marks, scratches, & stains on it. Specifically, there are some discolorations just around the bolt-holes (as if someone tightened some bolts down, scratching the flange).
