This cutter was purchased by me in 2001. It was used exclusively on small ductile iron slides. It has never been crashed and is basically still in like new condition Its  a 1.500 inch diameter 6 tooth shell mill with no coolant holes. It also includes a  1.000 inch shank by .750 Shell mill arbor. Of course any 3/4 shell mill holder will work with it. The inserts on the tool still have 1 decent edge on them with no chips. The box has 5 new inserts and one used with one new edge on it. It's a great tool and with the right speeds and feeds will move metal. (A Bridgeport Type mill may be a little light )I also attached a note with a source for more inserts. This Cutter is a DISCONTINUED  Sumitomo Item although I',m sure other manufacturers sell a compatible insert.
