1-1/2" wide PTFE Teflon High Temperature Heat-Resistant Adhesive Tape  Length: 32 feet Thickness: 0.005" Temperature: -94F to 500F This high temperature, heat resistant and chemical resistant fabric with self adhesive backing and a release film is used in packaging as a non-stick release surface on heat sealers, blister and form fill sealing equipment.  Used on guide rails chutes and slides. Excellent resistance to almost all solvents, caustics and acids.   A PTFE coated glass cloth or Teflon Tape combines the properties of PTFE / Teflon with the mechanical strength of Glass Cloth. It has a good heat and chemical resistance along with excellent non stick properties. It is available in plain or self adhesive backed and as anti static if required. We can cut to any width to suit your requirement. Temperature: -73°C to +260°C. Key Features: Excellent release properties. Low coefficient of friction. Easily cleaned. Good chemical, moisture and corrosion resistance. Good electrical insulation and di-electric properties. Applications: Release tape for protection of heat sealing bars and wires, heat platens, heat curtains, release fabric for hot plate welding, shrink wrap machines, blister and vacuum packs, release agent in moulds, chute and hopper linings, baking tray lining, sewn sleeves, flexible connections.
