1. FEATURES Intelligent turbine flowmeter & Intelligent turbine flow transducer adopts MSP430 for microprocessor. Using hard alloy bearing in turbine sensor, the flowmeter can be widely applied in measurement of water or various low viscosity fluids. It'll display flowrate and total quantity on the LCD simultaneously. 4-20mA standard current signals are output by the intelligent turbine flow transducer. It can provide the function of correction of non-linear instrument coefficient in order to achieve higher accuracy, if necessary. 2. FIXING OF INSTRUMENT a) Fixing differs on various sizes of pipes b) The instrument can be fixed horizontally, vertically or leaning, the pipe must be full of liquid and without gas in it c) Follow the direction indicator on the surface of sensor, upstream length must be more than 20DN, downstream length at least 7DN d) Instrument should be away from any electromagnetic field, shielding measures take should be taken if necessary. e) If the flowmeter works in open air, a waterproof shell is recommended
