This is a strong running  Heavy electric motor from a vintage Sears Craftsman 12" Wood Lathe Model # 149-23871 with twin 1" diameter tubular bed rails. Wear and tear dust and dirt rust and pitting but in good working condition.  1/2 Horsepower  single phase   1725 RPM  115 Volt  7.5 amp  60 cycle. Has a 5/8" diameter shaft with a key slot and key about 2" long overall. The shaft rotates clockwise (right handed) at shaft end.
