We retail and wholesale concrete forming systems, equipment and supplies. We offer pallet pricing on most supply items and quantity “purchase credits” on many forming packages. 1 - 24”x 8’ RENOVATED Steel Ply Concrete Form Panel $75.00 NOTE: Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. We often contract shipping with full cost disclosure, for our buyers, throughout the continental United States and Canada. Wisconsin based buyers, and out of state buyers who manage shipment of their purchases “in house” (i.e.: without hiring a carrier) are responsible for paying Wisconsin state sales tax of 5% and applicable county sales tax. Buyers based outside of Wisconsin who contract shipment of materials from one of our yards with a for hire “common carrier” are exempt from State and County sales tax on the purchase, but may be responsible to pay a use tax to their own state and county governments. Northern Concrete Supply is not responsible for reporting buyer’s purchase outside of the state of Wisconsin. Seller’s PAYMENT Instructions: Payments may be mailed to Northern Concrete Supply, P.O. Box 523, Tomahawk, WI 54487 in the form of a Banking Wire Transfer (Please contact us for the necessary #’s to wire funds). Purchases are to be paid in full (including shipping if applicable) prior to shipment of package. Package will be held until checks clear buyer’s banking institution. All sales are final. Wisconsin state and county sales tax must be paid by buyers who take delivery in the state of Wisconsin and by buyers, in or out of state, who manage shipment without hiring a common freight carrier.
