Shipping Costs If shipping by truck, and your shipment is damaged or short packages, make a note on the shipping receipt before signing. If shipping through mail or UPS, and a shipment is damaged or short packages, call us immediately so we can reship the items and place a claim. Keep the damaged goods and all shipping materials for inspection. If you are international buyer, we do not offer free shipping outside the United States.
