11 7/8" by 13 5/8" is the precise dimensions of the inside of a medium flat rate box. You are buying ONE piece of plastic.This is pretty decent stuff really. I have 24 pieces and am selling 20 so that I can be a little picky about what goes in the box. Here and there are scuffs and scratches I tried to show what those scuffs in a decent cross section of the pieces. One side has some protective plastic. Here and there the scuffs tear up the plastic protection and I have tried to show what (if any) marks remain after the plastic is removed. If 100% pristine new is needed for your project, I would look elsewhere. If you are machining this, it should be as good as any other. This will ship out in a medium flat rate box for ten bucks. Twelve of these will fit in one flat rate box---so obviously that is your best shipping deal. If you need thirteen or more, I would need to grab another box and the cost would increase accordingly. I usually get things sent out within 24 hours of payment, (sometimes quicker) but our little post office is closed on Saturday. So if we get too close to the weekend, it might be mailed out on Monday. A NOTE ON RETURNS: I do not accept returns, but it is not because I don't care about your side of this transaction---it is because returns are rarely the best way to deal with problems. Sometimes the cost of shipping and return shipping equals or exceeds the cost of the item. There are many ways of handling confusion and concerns, and so far, I have been able to do that without anyone incurring extra shipping costs. I make a genuine effort to describe items accurately and if I have failed to do that, drop me a line and we will work something out. No international shipping.
