1.5W 445nm 5.6mm A140 Diode in Press Fit 8mmx13mm Mini Module with Glass Lens and Leads Great condition. Extracted from an A series projector with 426 hours!  Rated for 20,000 hours so this is as new as they get! Focus length is about an inch perfect for engraving! Not Adjustable. You must use a "constant current" power source like a current limiting driver and a heatsink to cool these!   Do not hook these straight to a battery they will led and die! These should give reliable 1.5w with some overdriven abilities in the 1.8w range Super Safe Current= 1a at 1W Suggested Current= 1.5a at 1.5W Max Overdriven Current= 1.8a at 2W ( Depends on the diode this current may kill your diode only a select few are able to do this current with a 2w output! )    Dont have a driver yet google Nautilus Integration Micro FlexDrive V5 These modules are tested before leaving and due to the sensitive nature of them we wont be accepting returns or refunds.
