It does not have a head or hardware included. We accurately describe the tooling, leaving no room for any hidden faults. Feel free to ask any question before buying. It is made in the USA and has a few chips in the carbide on the opposite side of the head, but this will not affect its use at all. This 3/4" Sandvik carbide boring bar A570-3C D12 10-20 CR is used but not abused and comes with coolant. Thanks.
