1 X D-M9D SENSOR SMC ORIGINAL !! Direct Mount Auto Switches Need Adobe® Reader®? Series D-M9 & D-A9 Series D-M9 SMC continues to find ways to save you money. The D-M9 series is a solid state magnetic sensor for pneumatic actuators. The sensor includes a built-in set screw. To set the sensor, simply position the sensor and tighten the set screw with a screw driver. The D-M9 is available in an optional two-color indicator. During the initial set up, if the sensor is in the optimum operating position zone, the indicator light is green. On the edge of the optimum operating position zone, the indicator light is red. Two-color indication eliminates the guess work out of setting a sensor because it is easy to see that the optimum sensing position has been reached. The D-M9 series sensor is available in three output styles: 3 wire NPN output, 3 wire PNP output and 2 wire. For mounting flexibility, it is available in in-line and vertical wire entry. The D-M9*W offers three wire lengths of free wire leads. Three different styles of pre-wired connections also save installation time. The available pre-wired connections are M8 3-pin, M8 4-pin and M12 4-pin. The enclosure rating are watertight with a rating of IP67.
