A used DAF system that was built by WWW (world water works) and can be used for a small facility to separate settable solids and float-able grease/oils/fats (FOG). - All wettable parts are made of UV resistant Poly - It has fully functioning NIKUNI pump that generate air bubbles of the size of 20-30um. - It has 2x2" in-line static mixers - It has 2x1.5" diaghphram pumps, first to pump sludge while second to pump float-ables - It has a control box with all the logic wired for proper operations - It has a feed pump control as well built-in with the main box - It has proper needle pressure valve for adjustment of air-pressure - It can be used with air or another gas as Gas Floatation System if you want to separate things that don't like air - Its on a heavy-duty steel palette that has some paint wear-off but not much rust - It has a top variable speed controllable flight with corrosion resistant chain system - Can provide installation and setup and operational training for a suitable fee or alternatively, walk you through process over the phone if you have in-house tech to make it run - 230V -3ph configuration - 10-30 GPM operation capable depending on FOG and TSS
