10.368 GHz  PLL brick oscillator by Frequency West , model MS-760XOL (the higher power version).  Contains a high-Q cavity oscillator at about 1725 MHz that is phase locked to the X16 harmonic of the internal reference ovenized crystal oscillator.  Here, the XTAL is 107.8241 MHz,  and the multiplier block is X6 giving output at 10351 MHz.  The output power is 16 dBm.   Of course, if you want 10368 MHz:  you run the cavity oscillator at 1728 MHz and use a 108 MHz crystal and phase lock to the X16 harmonic.  Or a 96 MHz crystal and phase lock to the X18 harmonic.  Or a 101.64705 MHz crystal and phase lock to the X17 harmonic.   Requires a well-regulated  -19.0 VDC supply at about 0.4A.   The spectrum analyzer (at 1 MHz/div), cables, attenuators, and the crystal are not included in auction.   This "brick" is in very good condition, and it phase locks just fine.  One advantage of this brick versus most others:  the multiplier block bandpass filter adjust screws are easily accessible on top of the brick under the label.  For best stability, use a coaxial isolator (or coaxial attenuators) on the output   Ships to USA for $9.00 via USPS Priority mail in antistatic bag, well packed, and boxed.   No shipping out of USA.
