10.368 GHz  PLL brick oscillator by California Microwave.  Contains a high-Q cavity oscillator at 1250-1300 MHz that is phase locked to the X13 harmonic of the internal reference ovenized crystal oscillator.  Here, I am using an HC-49 XTAL at 100 MHz, and the multiplier block is X8 giving output at 10.4 GHz. The output power is 6.5 dBm at the WR-75 waveguide flange.  Of course, you could use a 108 MHz crystal and phase lock to the X12 harmonic (1296 MHz).  Or a 99.6923 MHz crystal and phase lock to the X13 harmonic (1296 MHz):  then X8 gives you 10.368 GHz.  Requires a well-regulated  -20.0 VDC supply at about 0.4A.   The spectrum analyzer (at 1 MHz/div), cables, WG isolator, WG to coax adapter, and attenuators are not included in auction.   The crystal is included, but, as noted above, this gets you to 10.400 GHz--and not 10.368 GHz.  Also, if you want 1 PPM accuracy, you need to use an SC-cut TO-5 size crystal in the 75 degree oven.   This "brick" is in good condition,  there is a bend/separation where the waveguide joins the brick,  but the brick works and phase locks fine.  For best stability, use a waveguide isolator on the output.  Ships to USA for $8.00 via USPS Priority mail in antistatic bag and boxed.   No shipping out of USA.   On Jan-05-15 at 09:59:15 PST, seller added the following information:Addendum:  The 10.4 GHz (or the 10.368 GHz) output power is 7.6 dBm--and not 6.5 dBm.
