Production Turnaround 1. 5 to 7 business days upon receipt your printable file. Not including shipping transit time. 2. Production department is open Monday to Friday 9am to 6 pm (GMT+8). Payment Method and Policy 1. We accept payment by PayPal and major credit cards through PayPal. 2. Payment should be made within 48 hours of purchase. Shipping 1. All items are shipped from Hong Kong. 2. We will ship only to address provided by PayPal. (No exceptions) 3. Notification of return must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. 6. Return items must be returned in new condition with original packaging within 3 days. 7. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees on returns. 8. We are not responsible for any damage or loss in transit and could not take liability for courier company delay. 9.
