Shelters Generally Feature: ·      1 or 2 Large Standard Doors ·      Concrete Construction ·      Interior Breaker Panels ·      Installed Fluorescent Lighting and Outlets ·      HVAC ·      Linoleum or Linoleum Tile Flooring ·      Overhead Racking ·      Weather-proof Power or Antennae Knockouts   These structures make great survival shelters, cabins, and storm shelters? These buildings are designed to sit on the tops of mountains with minimal maintenance for years. Their sturdy concrete construction and durable exterior often have decades of life left.  Units are on site and available for local pickup in Southern Utah. Don't be intimidated by the need for specialized man power or equipment, in-house delivery can be arranged. We can send the same crew that brought the building down the mountain to take it where you need it to be. Email for estimates don@rueschmachine.com The above pictured unit is for sale, but we also have other units with slight variations to fit your needs. Most of our units are Andrews brand, but we also occasionally get Fibrebond, Rohn, and others. Some units have slightly different HVAC units, interior flooring, and exterior finish. Some units are designed and setup for generators and/or solar power.
