10 + bonus Bielefelder and Easter Egger fertile hatching eggs assortment. Your order will be a combination of Bielefelders and blue/green egg layers. Bielefelders are wonderful birds with calm and friendly dispositions. They are consistent layers of large brown eggs. Some hens in my flock lay beautiful speckled eggs as well. Roosters are gentle giants and very respectful of caretakers. They are capable free rangers and will be out scratching rain or shine. They will require ample shade in the summer since they are such big birds. Will lay throughout the winter. Bielefelder hens will occasionally set and make very good mothers. Auto-sexing breed. Easter Eggers are sweet, hardy, and consistent layers of colored eggs. They are know for their friendly disposition and do quite well in all seasons. Hens will occasionally set and make great mothers. Roosters are very easy to handle and are watchful flock managers. Hens can lay eggs that are soft blue, sky blue, mint green, sage green, olive or anything in between. You may receive purebred Wheaten Ameraucanas, purebred Cream Legbars, Silverudd’s Blue, or a cross of these varieties. NPIP certified AI clean. Eggs are packed with care and are well secured within their box. We follow our state department of agriculture guidelines for packing our eggs. I will include one or two bonus eggs in case there is one that does arrive broken. We ship Monday through Wednesday. Eggs are shipped USPS Priority Mail with the “special handling” service added. With this designation your package is placed in a postal crate that moves along side the belt system. This eliminates the issue of having lots of other packages piled on top. It also helps to eliminate possible delays. We are most concerned with maintaining the integrity of the air cell and the freshness of your eggs. Shipping within the continental US only. Ordering shipped hatching eggs is a risk. There are so many variables that will impact their viability upon arrival. Weather conditions, how the package was handled, unexpected delays in the shipping process - these are only a few reasons why your eggs may be damaged in transit. Do your research and place your order knowing your risk tolerance. We do not replace or refund eggs. Furthermore, we hatch chicks regularly and keep smaller rooster to hen ratios to ensure fertility.
