DOA or Incorrect Product: All items described to be in operational condition but received Dead on Arrival (DOA) can be returned for replacement or refund (when no replacement is available), only if we are notified within 7 days of receipt of product. Compensation will be provided upon actual return receipt, physical examination, testing, and serial verification of the item and all sent accessories. If any one of these criteria is not met, we reserve the right to withhold funds for an indefinite term until all requirements are met. If you feel that you have received an incorrect item, please retain the item and all packaging materials and notify us ASAP. A Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns, so please contact us to make a request for one. Returned items must be received within 7 days of the RMA date or the case will not be honored. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping on all items, freight and insurance. If a replacement is sent, there is no charge for re-shipping. We reserve the right to refuse any returns sent without prior approval. Return Shipment: All returns must be received in the same condition as shipped including all accessories attached. For claims, it is required that all original packaging materials be retained and returned with the defective product. If the item has been tampered with and/or changed in any way, from original condition, we reserve the right to refuse refund. Additionally, upon the receipt of the unit, we will fully examine the item in question, inspect its condition and verify the serial number(s). If the state of the returned item is different than that described in the listing, we reserve the right to refuse refund. Packing Materials: For securing your item through transportation, we are packaging all items with a combination of packing foam, bubble wrap, peanuts, packaging paper, and packing tape. Freight Shipment: For freight shipment, shipping arrangements will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. We will be ready to assist the process. Additionally, there may be a crating/palleting charge to be determined on a per item basis. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact us beforehand. Not Mainland and for International Shipping: The shipping rates are covering the continental US only (Alaska, Hawaii and Remote Areas of the US may be higher).
