Compared to pink poly bags, these shielding bags provide even more dissipative and antistatic attributes. By adding a metal shield and polyester dielectric, static is stopped from entering the bag. Shield bags have been tested to stop 97% of a 1000 volt static pulse from reaching the inside of the bag. Pink poly bags, on the other hand, only stop about 10% and black poly bags around 30%. ESD bags are perfect for IC and PCB protection and come in a variety of sizes. These bags meet or exceed the electrical and physical requirements of MIL-PRF-81705 Type III, ANSI/ESD S541, EIA 625, MIL-HDBK-263, MIL-STD-1686, and ANSI/ESD S20.20. Additionally, these bags are RoHS compliant and lead-free. These ESD Anti-Static Shielding Bags are a top choice for protecting sensitive electronic devices. Measuring at a size of 18"x24" (457mm x 610mm) and with an open-top, these bags offer four-layer construction to prevent punctures and tears. The bags are printed with the ESD warning symbol and are testable to industry standards. With a transparent metal-in static shielding design, these bags provide a static-safe environment for your electronics.
