10-Inch Scalloped Chef Knife. Sani-Safe by Dexter Russell. This knife is brand new but not in the original package. It is stamped "factory seconds" because of 2 flaws in the blade at the heel. These are purely cosmetic and will not alter the integrity of the knife. There are a few very minor scratches. Photo #4 shows "factory seconds" etched on back side. Photo #6 at the top of the blade where it meets the handle, the triangular flaw. There is a similar flaw on the other side in the same location, but it is not visible in the photo.
