These were purchased at an industrial liquidation earlier this year, and they were brand new in the original bulk factory bags.  We packaged them in heavy Ziplok bags for resale.  Not much online information about them, so we made some detailed measurements and pictures.  They would be just the thing for lingual studies at college.  Put a handful around someone's bedroom floor before they get up barefoot, and you'll hear words you never knew existed.
