Up for your consideration is this 10 pack of binder clips. Spring action. Made of metal. New in original packaging. Good Old Values brand. Good sturdy plastic case. Will ship in a box to help ensure safe shipping of item. So most of our books will show some defects and wear from what ever usage and care they received from previous owner(s). But this in no way takes away from the readability or enjoyment of any of the used books we sell. HOW YOUR BOOK/ITEM IS HANDLED: All our books are packed in a plastic bag when listed, then when sold, they are placed, still inside the original bag, into a bag/box that is totally sealed in shipping/packing tape. All of our items are packed in packages that have been sealed with tape as indicated. This prevents any moisture from getting inside to spoil your book/item during the shipping process. STORE POLICIES SALES TAX Locations within PA will pay 6% State Sales Tax on all taxable items. PETS AND SMOKING Our personal items come from a smoke free home. We do have cats. If the item is acquired second hand, we have no knowledge on this subject. PAYMENT METHODS We accept Payment through Paypal, where you can pay with your credit card or from your checking account. Payment is expected within 4 days after purchase. On the 7th day, if NO payment has been received, we will file an Unpaid Item Dispute. Contact us before 5th day if you require more time to pay. SHIPPING We ship via the US Postal Service. Most items will normally ship within 48 hours of receiving payment, unless over a weekend or holiday. If shipping is delayed for other reasons (emergencies, etc.), you will be contacted by us. Our shipping fee includes a handling charge. It pays for packing materials, paper and ink for the printer and my time to acquire, list and package your item. We ship to the 50 United States, APO/FPO addresses and US Territories. We ship world wide via the eBay Global Shipping Program, if the individual item is eligible for the program. For multiple domestic book purchases, highest shipping stated will be charged, plus $1.00 for each additional book. RETURNS Please contact us before trying to return any item. Unauthorized returns will NOT receive a refund. All items MUST be either returned in the original shipping container or include either the original shipping label and/or packing slip upon return. This is for our verification purposes that we sold the item. Buyer does pay for return shipping which WILL be refunded once item has been returned to seller and examined by seller. Buyers have up to 30 days after purchase to request a refund and to return an item. After the 30 days.......NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS WILL BE GRANTED!!
