They are not used but they have been sitting around for a good while and are weathered and spotted here and there. For the record, they are 6 inches long, have hex heads and hex nuts, and are 1/2" in diameter. They are galvanized bolts and washers. No washers included. You are buying a lot of 10 bolts.
