Made especially for Retail, Apparel, Government applications, Asset tracking and Supply Chain, these Thermal Transfer UHF GEN2 RFID labels are made of a perforated paper face with general purpose adhesive. This is our new favorite UHF RFID tag/label for inventory tracking and management as this tag has superior read range (similar to Alien Squiggle tag), but with the improved session control delivered by the Impinj Monza 5 chip. In our testing, these tags have -50 RSSI at 15ft (5m) @28.5dBm using +9dBic Laird 10″ antenna and can be successfully read at up to 45ft. The AD-227 inlay placements have been designated according to Zebra’s RZ400 specifications, making them perfectly suitable for the Zebra RXi4 Series of Printers as well. The 4 x 2 sized labels are wound 2500 to a roll. The AD-227m5 tag is a general-purpose band inlay measuring 3.77 inches by 0.33 inch and offers greater read sensitivity than previous models as well as faster encoding due to the chip upgrade. The tag is utilized for tracking large retail items, bagged or hanging apparel and boxed electronics.
