24’ x 24’ With 10 Ton Inverter Drive Yale Hoist crane is complete and ready to install with exception of the brakes on two trolley motors. They are damaged and must be repaired, as shown in one of the photos. This was done when the banks contractor disassembled the crane for removal. Other than that, this crane, with some required maintenance, is ready to go to work. This crane was used by a steel tubing manufacturer to load coils on a tube mill and was used very very little before the company went BK. This crane was new when installed.
