This listing is for one cassette with phosphor plate. This cassette was used with a AGFA 35 CR System and reads; 'AGFA CRMD4.0 General'. There is a code number assigned to the cassette, ie Code 36. Your purchased item may not necessarily be the item photographed in this listing. Condition: Very Good. Several of the cassettes do have some writing on the labels and have some light wear from use. May require a light cleaning. The last cassette purchased (5th) will have the document clip broken. We included a photo of that cassette as the last photo in this listing.
