100 bp DNA Ladder Storage: at 4oC for six months; at -20oC for two years Concentration: 0.12 mg/ml Description The 100bp DNA Ladder is composed of eleven linear double-stranded DNA bands. This ready-to-use product is premixed with 1xDNA loading buffer. Based on experiment requirement, 5 ?l marker can be directly loaded for gel electrophoresis. It provides simple operation and produces a clear image. For easy reference on agarose gels, the 500 bp band (100 ng/5 ?l) is brighter than the other bands (50 ng/5 ?l). Advantage Suitable for accurate determination of the size of DNA fragment within the range of 100 bp-1500 bp. Composition 100 bp, 200 bp, 300 bp, 400 bp, 500 bp, 600 bp, 700 bp, 800 bp, 900 bp, 1000 bp, 1500 bp Storage Buffer 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.4), 10 mM EDTA, 0.02% bromophenol blue, 5% glycerol Instructions for Use • Load 100 bp DNA Ladder on the lane on a 2-3% agarose gel (load 1 ?l marker for 1 mm lane, increase the loading volume for wider lane). • Suggested electrophoresis conditions: 2-3% agarose gel, voltage 4-10 v/cm. • Stained with EB or GelStain (GS101), visualize the bands under exposure to ultraviolet light. Notes • Completely thaw and mix well before use. • Please change the electrophoresis buffer in time and use freshly-prepared gel to avoid adverse effects on the result.
