The anti-static base allows smooth stack feeding to the laser printer. APPLICATIONS Omega Ultra is designed for use as a polyester printing plate, imaged by standard laser printers or photocopiers for use in offset lithography. No requirement for heating, fusing or chemicals. Ideal for short flexible run work. WORKING INSTRUCTIONS 1. Prepare artwork on computer, positioned to leave room for the gripper edge on the press 2. Image Omega on matt side of the plate with a standard laser printer or photocopier 3. Plates should be punched after imaging to prevent damage to the laser printer 4. Mount plate on press and print · Handle film at edge to avoid marking · Always run a print test to ensure optimum performance · See Omega Ultra working instructions for detailed processing guidelines.
