25ft Warehouse Ladder. Sold as is. Some weather damage. Payment must be made via PayPal and received within five business days of completion of the auction. Item Location – Wanapum Dam Warehouse, 14353 Highway 243 S., Bldg 5A, Beverly, WA 99321. Four miles from Vantage, 60 from Richland, 70 from Yakima. Directions. It's a cream-colored building with a blue roof – the 2nd building on the right side of the entrance road. Please call the Warehouse prior to pick-up at 509-754-5088 x2632, x2574, or x2578. Item is sold FOB origin. LOCAL PICKUP strongly recommended. Pick up time is Thursdays, 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Picture ID, sales receipt, and the TITLE OF THIS AUCTION must be presented at time of pick up. The item(s) must be removed from Grant PUD property within two weeks after the end of the auction or the winning bidder forfeits any and all rights to the property including any money paid to Grant PUD. NOTE: The PUD will not secure your load, provide material to do so, or give an opinion as to whether or not your load is adequately or safely secured. Return policy: No returns or refunds. All sales are final. The item(s) listed is surplus to the needs of Grant PUD. There's no viewing of the item prior to the winning bidder picking it up. Employees of Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County who are interested in bidding on this item must comply with internal policies related to the purchase of surplus equipment, including Section 4.4 of the Code of Ethics. SHIPPING OPTIONS: Shipping is the sole responsibility of the winning bidder. Due to this item's size, we will prepare the item for shipping. We will charge a $35 handling fee for item(s) over 150 lbs. The winning bidder needs to arrange for shipping or contact the vendor listed below to arrange and pay for shipping (dimensions are included in the item description). The winning bidder forfeits any and all rights to the property and any money paid to Grant PUD if the item is not removed within two weeks after the auction ends.
