This is an Electrolux Thermaline 106 gallon electric tilting kettle. 208 V/3p/60Hz-117A It is 59&1/16" wide x 39&3/8" deep x 35&7/16" high. The Lid is mounted on the crossbeam and is counterbalanced by a special hinge to remain open at all angles of pouring. Lid is double lined and insulated in 304 stainless steel External heat insulated paneling. Produce is uniformly heated in base and side walls by steam hot water by an external jacket. Tilts 90 degrees, 106 gallon capacity. Digital display Cooking vessel is constructed with 11 gauge 316 stainless steel featuring directional pouring lip while the double jacket is 18 gauge 316 stainless steel. Catalogue price is $73,942.00. I could not find the exact model # but I do know that it is either the 582594 KUYLOEOOOO or the 582592 KUWLOEOOOO There is a dent on the front of the kettle and appears to only be cosmetic.
